The process of producing spatial letters is a multi-stage task that requires an advanced machine park and artisanal precision. In our plant we use thermal plotters, CNC milling machines and lasers for precise cutting of shapes. We also have our own letter bending machine, which allows for automatic and perfectly repeatable forming of the sides. Manual assembly, finishing and installation of the lighting system is a stage in which our experienced employees take care of every, even the smallest detail, guaranteeing the highest quality of the final product.

LED technology has opened up for us almost limitless possibilities in the design of letter lighting. Thanks to different construction techniques, we are able to achieve diverse and unique visual effects, perfectly matched to the character of the brand and the place of installation.

• Front lighting — the classic, most legible way of lighting, where the face of the letter made of plexiglass shines with an intense, uniform color.
• Halo Effect (Backlit) — letters opaque from the front, mounted at distances from the wall. The LED light directed at the facade creates an elegant, luminous globe around them.
• Front and side lighting — a solution for maximum visibility and effectiveness, where the entire body of the letter becomes a source of light.
• Edge lighting — a subtle effect in which only the edges of the letters shine, ideal for elegant interiors.

Variety of materials for a unique effect

Choosing the right materials is crucial for the final look and durability of the letters. Depending on the project, budget and destination, we use a wide range of raw materials. The sides of the letters are most often made from powder-coated aluminum strip or from exclusive stainless steel (polished or brushed). We create the faces of light letters from colored or milky plexiglass. In the case of letters without backlighting, especially for interiors, we also offer PVC, styrodur, as well as noble materials such as wood, plywood or even upholstered finishes that give the space a warm and unique character.
