Terms of sale

  1. Before evaluating each implementation, we will try our best to know your needs and advise which product will be ideal for you.
  2. After determining the initial details of the order, we will prepare the product concept and the proposed type of assembly.
  3. We will present several variants of the elements of the implementation specification. Of course, we will indicate our favorites, but we will leave you a free hand in the final decision.
  4. On board our company we have an assembly crew with many years of experience, so you don't have to worry about this part of order fulfillment. We will come to any place with the right equipment and take care of a solid and aesthetic assembly. However, if you would like to install the product on your own, this is an option.
  5. Together with the calculation of the order, you will receive the deadline for its execution. We approach each order individually.
  6. Need implementation with assembly on already? We also carry out express projects!
  7. After accepting the offer, you will receive a proforma with a request to pay 60% of the order value.
  8. The execution of the order will take place within the previously established date. We will deliver the product without any defects and take care of the WOW effect.
  9. You placed an order, but in the meantime came up with another idea? Of course, we can make changes after confirmation of acceptance of the order, however, this may affect the price and the originally established deadline.
  10. After the execution, you will receive a billing invoice and a protocol of receipt of the order. This is a very important document, so put it away in a safe place.
  11. Do you like a product but don't know exactly what it is? You passed an interesting project on the street and would you like a similar one in your building? Send us photos to: made@happyisland.pl and surely our specialists will tell you what we can do about it.
  12. Do you want to order projects, but you are not sure if the files you have are well prepared? Contact us, and for sure our design department will dispel all doubts.
  13. We are not obliged to catch errors in sent files (e.g. typos), but we do everything to catch such errors. Once an error is noticed, our design department can take care of the corrections, but please note that this may affect the completion date of the entire order. Substantial corrections to the files may result in additional fees, but of course we will inform you about everything in advance.
  14. In the absence of delivery of all the materials needed for the implementation within the established deadline, the waiting time for the product may be extended.
  15. Placing an order implies acceptance of the above conditions.
