Warranty conditions

- We provide a one-year warranty for our products — the warranty is considered on the basis of a guarantee.
- The warranty does not cover mechanical damage caused to the components manufactured by us.
- The warranty does not cover the repair of products damaged as a result of: storms, storms and other such random phenomena. The warranty also does not cover damage caused by a faulty power grid, building installation or modification of electrical equipment.
- One year warranty covers the installation made by us.
- For products assembled independently or by external companies, the warranty applies only to the electrical components of the products.
- In our products we use electrical elements such as power supplies or led lighting, for which we give a 3-year warranty.
- The complaint should be submitted to the email address: made@happyisland.pl, and each complaint should contain a detailed description and photos of the non-compliance or damage.
- Complaints are accepted on working days until 16:00.
- Each warranty claim is considered individually within 3 working days from the date of acceptance of the application and confirmation of its receipt.
- The condition for granting a guarantee is the signing by both parties of the order acceptance protocol.
- In unusual situations, we may ask you to send the advertised product for detailed visual inspection.
- We are not responsible for the content and quality of graphic files sent for implementation.
- In the event of a complaint, we are liable up to the amount of the executed order. We do not include compensation for lost benefits, lost benefits or any other form of indirect damage.
- We do our best to ensure that you do not have to follow the above guidelines.
