HOGER customer service area with yellow cabinets, the inscription Hello! and numbered cash desks
Opis Projektu

It is a realization in which the key assumption was to increase the comfort of shopping and organize the path of the Customer in the store space. The answer to these needs was a clear separation of two functional zones, designed in the client's brand colors and consistently building the technical, “construction” character of the interior.

The cash register area is designed as three solid, legible bodies with refined ergonomics and a functional interior. Brushed sheet metal details enhance the durability of the elements and give them an expressive character, while the steel structure with clearly marked joints emphasizes the industrial climate of the space. Contrasting cash register numbering and color stripes organize the layout and guide the customer's gaze, introducing rhythm and dynamics at the same time.

The customer service area is divided into four clear sections: packaging and testing, coffee, customer service and handyman. The use of steel structures, WEMA gratings and expressive markings on the floor made it possible to create a coherent and readable space, supporting an intuitive orientation in the store. Desks “raised” on belts visually relieve the bulk and introduce lightness, while maintaining the technical character of the place.

The whole thing is united by a consistent, constructive design language — solid, functional and based on details that not only organize the space, but also communicate the nature of the industry. Our goal was to create an interior that guides the Customer in a natural way and clearly defines the functions of individual zones, increasing the comfort of shopping and the readability of the entire facility.
